RETURNS and RETURN AUTHORIZATIONS
Returned products will not be accepted without prior authorization from an ADASignFactory.com customer service representative. Please notify our customer service department by email with an itemized list of products, invoice number and a reason for the return.
Acceptable returned goods will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
No return authorization or credit will be granted after 30 days of invoice date, or for returned material that is not in resale condition.
Special orders and custom orders cannot be returned.
All products are warranted by ADASignFactory.com to be free of defects in material or workmanship at the time of shipment.
Liability to ADASignFactory.com shall be limited to replacement of the product if it can be determined that the product was defective at the time of shipment. Defective products, subject to inspection by ADASignFactory.com, will be replaced or repaired on a no charge basis.
Damage caused by accidents or improper use are the responsibility of the Buyer.
ADASignFactory.com is not responsible for misuse of the products, or if the Buyer is unable to use the product.
This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied. Buyer agrees that in no event shall ADASignFactory.com be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
All shipping costs related to returning the product to ADASignFactory.com for inspection will be prepaid by the buyer. Shipping costs will be reimbursed if signs are determined to be defective. Shipping non-defective signs back to the Buyer will be paid by the Buyer.
The requirements for sign content are determined by intended use and by applicable government regulation. The Buyer is solely responsible for determining the appropriate content for a sign. ADASignFactory.com makes no warranty or representation as to the suitability of a sign for any specific application.
